You've Got Questions

We’ve got the answers to all of your payment related questions.

Payments are processed through a third party processor called Stripe. You will connect your banking information and payouts will be processed then deposited directly into your account as funds are cleared. Stripe charges an average of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on top of Raffle Rocket Fees.

Raffle Rocket is currently in testing by Gaming Labs International to ensure it’s able to be certified in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Testing involves a third party doing a deep dive into our system and ensuring we meet all requirements to run safe and legal raffles as a certified ERS. This process can take 2-3 months. Once certified, we will go to each province to become a registered ERS and offer the full functionality of random number draws and official ticket issuance.

We offer our platform as a means to sell tickets, collect payment and inform purchasers/winners of the results. We do not offer an RNG draw as that does not comply with charitable gaming laws in most jurisdictions. Instead, we act as an online store for your raffle tickets. Organizers should maintain physical tickets as sales come in, and complete the draw out of a drum the traditional way.
We recognize it’s not ideal, but we know with proper promotions, you will sell many more tickets than a typical offline raffle! Learn More Here
