Improvements to the Raffle Checkout Flow
With 2024 wrapping up, the Raffle Rocket team is excited to roll out significant improvements to the raffle checkout experience! These changes are designed to make purchasing tickets faster and more user-friendly for your guests, helping them complete their transactions with ease.
Available now, raffle participants can experience these quality of life improvements to the checkout flow:
Streamlined Terms and Conditions
Guests now only need to make one click to agree to all terms, instead of checking six individual boxes. Plus, we’ve simplified the terms themselves, making the process much quicker.
Easier Ticket Selection
On the billing screen, all ticket tiers will now be displayed at once, so guests can effortlessly purchase more tickets. Previously, they needed to click a separate button to see additional tiers—this step has been removed to make buying tickets in bulk even simpler.
Fewer Checkout Screens
We’ve consolidated the contents of two checkout screens into one, reducing the number of steps needed to complete a purchase. Whether a participant makes a single purchase or multiple over the course of the raffle, their checkout experience will quick and effortless.
Our team is confident that these enhancements will provide a smoother, faster experience for your guests as they checkout. We look forward to seeing how these improvements benefit your future raffles.
