Pre-Submission Checklist

Congratulations! You have now completed your raffle set up and are ready to submit for approval. Prior to submitting, we recommend reviewing the information below to ensure your raffle details are accurate and you are ready for ticket sales to begin.

Before you submit, please confirm the following:

  • The raffle sales period matches the uploaded license.
  • The Raffle Rules match your setup. This includes:
    • Sales period
    • Draw date
    • Available ticket tiers and quantities
    • Draw location
  • The Prize Claim Instructions clearly explain the next steps for the winner. These instructions are automatically emailed to the winner(s) after the draw is complete.
  • The configured ticket tiers match the uploaded license.
  • The configured prize(s) match the uploaded license.

Additionally, there are several fields that will lock once your raffle has been approved. This helps ensure the integrity of the raffle and prevents key details from being changed mid-raffle. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the following fields before submitting:

Organization

  • Organization
  • Country
  • Province/State
  • Currency

License

  • Raffle License #
  • Upload Raffle License
  • ‘We Don’t Require a License’ checkbox [only applicable if no license is uploaded]
  • Reason for Not Required [only applicable if no license is uploaded]
  • Organization Registration/Tax ID [only applicable if no license is uploaded]

Details

  • Draw Location
  • Ticket Sales Start (date/time)
  • Ticket Sales End (date/time)
  • Draw Type

Once you have confirmed the above, you’re ready to submit your raffle. Select the Submit For Approval button in the top right corner of the dashboard. Once submitted, a Raffle Rocket team member will review your raffle and either approve it or let you know if any changes are needed prior to approval.
